The new SST Profibus scanner connects Rockwell Automation's Allen-Bradley ControlLogix controller or the Honeywell PlantScape controller to Profibus DP Master.

Features: Supports all Profibus standard baud rates up to 12 Mbaud); flash memory for storage of DP Master I/O configuration; supports download and upload of configuration files using the SST Profibus configuration tool.

Hardware specifications: Max. no. of slave devices are 125 with a maximum number of I/O per slave of 244 bytes e/s.; is equipped with a 9 pin D standard Profibus connector for Profibus terminal and a 9 pin serial connector for upload of software and I/O configurations; Siemens LAN ASPC2 controller for Profibus functions; COMM, SYS and OK LEDs for immediate notification of network or system errors.
